Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) University Grand Commission (UGC) National Eligibility Test (NET) Examination for Junior Research Fellowship (JRF) and Lectureship (LS)/ Assistant professor in Indian universities or colleges. National Testing Agency (NTA) conduct and notified CSIR UGC NET Examination in science-related subjects such as Chemical science, Earth Science, Mathematical Science, Physical Science, Life Science. Total 5 science-related paper exams in CSIR NET.

Model Question Paper
This website is chemical Science related so we have to talk about the Chemical Science model question paper. Total of 120 Objective types Multiple Choice Question (MCQ), there has three-part (20 Question Part-A; 40 Question Part-B; 60 Question Part-C). The candidate will be required to answer 15 Questions in Part-A; 35 Questions in Part-B; 25 Questions in Part-C respectively. Each question carries two marks in Part-A and Part-B. And each question carries four marks in Part-C. If your choose the wrong answer then carry a negative marking of 25% for each question. That means the question in Part-A and Part-B carry ½ negative marks for each. And the question in part C carries 1 negative mark for each.
All question follows only one correct answer for a question.
Part-A follows General Science types of Multiple-Choice Question (MCQ) and Part-B, C follows Chemical science Multiple Choice Question (MCQ). Part-A General Aptitude portion is common for every subject. Chemical science students get part-A test papers, which question give another subject: Life science, Physical Science, Mathematical Science, and Earth Science students.
